Refund policy
At Event Venture Supply, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- All accessories and components must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
- A 15% restocking fee will apply
Due to the nature of business equipment, used or installed items are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order equipment
- Items that have been used, installed, or altered
- Clearance or final sale items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos/videos for verification
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
